What’s your shipping policy?

SHIPPING
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will not process until the Monday and shipping estimates are not inclusive of bank holidays. 

We always try to do our best to accommodate for you though, so if you need your order rushed, please message. 

Costs and delivery estimates are set by the Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Once we have dispatched an item we have NO further control of it. Please make sure to order in plenty of time.

What is your turnaround time, returns & cancellation policy?

TURNAROUND TIME - Please note; our postage times may vary. All our products are made to order which means UPTO 7-10 days.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
As all items are handmade, I can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. 

Due to the nature of business, we can only accept exchanges on non-personalised items, this will need to be posted back to us at a cost to you, you will also be responsible for your postage on your exchanged item. If an item is faulty we are more than happy to replace or refund this for you up to 28 days after an order has been received. 

Care Instructions

TEES & TOTES

We aim to ensure that your tees & totes are made to the highest quality & we press our designs with DTF. Your product can be machine-washed on a cold setting & inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer's recommended amount of detergent. We don’t recommend using fabric softeners and if using a dryer ensure that you use a low heat setting, however air drying is preferred for the print to last longer.
